Welcome to Zopta Store, hosted on Shopify and operating under the Roposo Clout seller network. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details on how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order is shipped, including tracking information.

Orders placed through Roposo Clout are managed via their seller dashboard and follow the platform’s standard dispatch timelines.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two levels of shipping service:

Priority shipping ensures faster delivery and is available at an additional cost.

Shipping method selection is offered at checkout (Shopify) or determined by product tag (Roposo Clout).

Depending on your shipping location and order size, we use reliable third-party courier partners, including but not limited to:

Carrier selection is automatically determined by Roposo Clout or Shopify’s logistics backend to optimize speed and reliability.
4. Delivery Locations

Domestic Shipping: We ship pan-India.

International Shipping: Currently not available through Roposo Clout. For Shopify-based international orders, shipping is available to select countries only. Delivery time and fees vary by destination.
Note: International service, if applicable, will be visible at checkout based on the delivery address.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight of the package

Delivery location

Shipping method (Normal vs Priority)
Note: Roposo Clout usually includes shipping costs in the product price or provides transparent breakdowns at checkout.
7. Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

In case of missed deliveries, the courier will attempt redelivery up to 2 more times.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, courier issues).

If your order appears lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Roposo Clout handles logistics resolution on behalf of sellers in case of delivery failure or claims.
